We're happy to announce the opening of our assisted self-serve redemption center!
The community has expressed the need for the return of a redemption center at our location- and we greatly appreciate your patience!
With construction, shipping and other delays, we can finally open our doors to a clean and friendly environment. We would appreciate your continued patience while we navigate new hours and staffing, as well as welcoming the student's home to the extraordinary University of Maine.
Here are a few things you should know!
Damon Drops: Want an additional 20% back on your returns?!
Loyalty Program customers can drop off their bags, we count them then add the funds to your store account!
Anticipate the funds being loaded within 3-5 days.
Loyalty Program: All we need is your Name, Zip Code, and Email! It'll only take a minute to sign up!
Hours: We will be closed on Tuesday and Wednesday every week. Our amazing redemption specialist deserves two days off!
